Hi, I’m Farida, known as well as "BohFitness".

I help adults take the next step toward building strength through simple, doable training. With bodyweight workouts, resistance bands, and kettlebells, I meet you where you’re at and help you move forward.

My coaching is friendly, honest, and focused on building consistency, confidence, and progress you can feel proud of.
